Cecil Bell Jr. is a sixth generation Texan whose family recently celebrated it’s 150th year in the great State of Texas. The oldest of three siblings, Cecil Jr. was born in Rosenberg and “raised all over Texas” before graduating as the valedictorian of Oakwood High School in 1980.
Cecil Jr. met his future wife and then soon to be high school sweetheart Jo Ann at the 1979 National meeting of the Beta Club Honor Society. The Bells moved to Magnolia, Texas in 1993 and have been active in the community since shortly after arriving in the area.
He and Jo Ann have two boys, Cecil “Trey” III a 2010 graduate of Magnolia West High School and Charlie a senior at Magnolia West High School. The Bell family attends church at the Magnolia Church of Christ where Cecil Jr. is the Deacon of Fellowship.
Cecil Jr. is in the construction business, operating companies which specialize in construction of water and waste water facilities, underground utilities, and the related civil construction services.
Cecil Bell Jr.’s ranching operations are located in Leon and Freestone counties.
